The Pack 833 Graduation Ceremony will be held at Discovery Island Water Park. At Graduation each scout will receive the handbook, neckerchief and slide for their next rank. We will meet at the shelter beside the water park at 4:00 and begin our graduation ceremony at 4:15. We will be having a cookout with hotdogs, chips, drinks and dessert starting at 5:00. After dinner we will head into the water park at 5:45 until 7:45. There is no charge for Pack 833 scouts and their immediate family. This includes our Webelos II scouts who just crossed over. Scouts are allowed to bring guests to the graduation and the water park. Guests will be $5.00 per person if they are planning to attend the Water Park.

Class A shirts, neckerchiefs and slides are required for the graduation ceremony. You may wear your swim bottoms if you would like or you may change at the park.

We are asking each family to bring a desert to share. Please register on the website so we will know the number of people that will attend the cookout.

It is that time of year again, and baseball is almost here! Please see the flyer for our 2012 Greenville Drive Pitch For Scouting on Monday August 6th at 7:05pm. This is a wonderful event for your entire family to attend and enjoy the summer air while Scouting at the same time! All Scouts will receive a patch, have the opportunity to participate in a Scout and a few lucky scouts will be able to participate in certain games on the field! There will be an Eagle Scout Alumni gathering before the game as well as several other Scouting activities placed throughout the evening.

Please fill out the flyer and take to the Scout office by June 30th. Tickets and patches will be MAILED to you by July 27th.

As you know, the boys earn ScoutBucks for popcorn sales each year and this year for Camp Card sales as well. ScoutBucks can be used to pay for most things Scout related - (camping trips, summer camp, uniforms and supplies from the Scout Shop, etc.).

Pack Treasurer Gant Taylor has created a new form for redeeming ScoutBucks. The form can be downloaded by using the link on the right. Fill out the form and send it and a copy of any reciepts to Gant at gtaylor@smeinc.com or give it to your Den Leader.
